Very clean, modern facility

This Cube Smart facility is conveniently located in Washington DC on the route to Baltimore. The place is modern, clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend it.

    Nice Place to Store

    This is a nice clean facility. Had no problems with reservation! The Team there treated me with respect and made suggestions to fix my storage needs. All my things fix into the unit I have with a little room to spare!

    It was ok for space but service and equipment sucked

    They watched two young college girls struggle without helping us and equipment was broken. I’m also paying almost twice than what I thought I would be paying.

    Very clean, very courteous and prompt.

    I signed up online and promptly received a call to confirm my order and also see if I had any questions. When I arrived I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very clean facility and very friendly staff.

    Nice facilities, but elevators are a pain

    Facilities are nice! However, the elevators are really terrible for moving things in and out. I got trapped in an elevator for 25 minutes because the elevators get wonky if you hold them open for too long (which is not ideal for a storage facility, where people are constantly moving things in and out...)

    Great check in, clean facility

    I went for my initial contract at smart cube last weekend. The staff was professional and helpful- getting a contract was no problem! My lock didn’t fit the unit, and they had locks available for purchase in the office. Several moving dollies were also available for use which made the many loads much easier! My only suggestion would be to remind new customers to bring in verification of insurance to the appointment as internet service is difficult to get at the site and confirming insurance numbers is hard to get online because of this.

    Fantastic customer service, secure location, and clean!

    Reco at the desk was wonderful! He answered all my questions, showed me to my unit, how to work the gate, and was helpful and friendly. This location feels safe and secure and I feel very comfortable renting a unit from this location!

    Accessible location.

    Location is accessible with enough parking, unlike many places in DC. Sarah is very friendly and welcoming. My only issue is they tack on fee after fee despite marketing a free month (random service charge, insurance, etc.). If you already have renter's insurance be sure to bring your dec page.

    I had an amazing experience!!

    CubeSmart was so helpful and accommodating when I came to them for my storage needs. Ms. Sarah is such a warm and welcoming soul, and she made my experience 100× better. I'll most definitely be using this facility in the future!!

    An amazing facility with even better customer service!

    This facility was so clean, organized, and welcoming. Right off the bat, the manager greeted us like royalty and gave us a personal tour of the facility, showing us our locker before we settled the lease. Kind and generous, she expressed her willingness to help us in any way necessary. The facility itself was laid out in a way that was easy to navigate and made us feel so secure in placing our items there. A personal code is required to enter the facility, to open the doors to the lockers, and to use the elevator; this three-layered security system made us feel so much better. Overall, a perfect place to rent a storage locker!
