About Red Dot Storage - Atlanta Highway

Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance.
Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed.
All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.

kiosk difficult to use. my unit was locked by Red Dot. see below

used the kiosk to rent unit and found it difficult to use. paid and received confirmation emails with unit # and gate code.opened unit and there were leaves and other debris inside. used my lock to secure unit. came back later that day to move items in. came back next day to add more items and unit was locked with red dot lock. called customer service and talked to very nice man named Jerry. He confirmed that all was in order and that payment was received.said nothing could be done that day to open it but would try to get local mgr to open it by 2 the next day. went by about 2:30 next day and still locked out. called again and talked to very nice man named Logan. explained situation again and he put me on hold and came back to say unit should be unlocked within the hour. came back and it was unlocked. explanation was that there was a "computer glitch" and local mgr did not receive confirmation that payment was made, etc. Not very happy.

if tech savy, great

I like doing on line but I thought I would see an actual person at the site. was able to work kiosk fine though
