Received great service. Registered online so the process was easy. However the reservation process didn't show that insurance was needed nor that the 1st month free went by the calendar month not the date you sign up.

Clean, Fast Effecient

This place was ready with everything I needed after reserving. Front desk was kind, friendly and efficient. I was provided with personal attention and didn't feel like I was just a number. Highly recommend. Reservations were very detailed and they went out of their way to get me what I needed.

Good value for the price.

Nice and clean. Nice office personnel. Only thing I would change is the hours of access. When you are moving in the heat of AZ, you try to do it all after the heat of the day. Just an extra hour would have helped.

Clean and Secure

We rented a small unit in this facility to get ready for a move. We stored the things we wouldn't need until we moved, that reduced the clutter in our house. We liked the facility so much that we rented another, larger unit to store our furniture and more belongings while we close on a house in another city.

Close to home, clean, competitive rates.

I just moved in, but it seems clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and didn't push me to buy stuff I didn't need like boxes or a lock. Have not had any problems so far. I like that there are limited access hours. I believe that provides more security.

Awesome price. Great they have a truck awesome price for that too. Don't like that they close at nine and you can not get out of facility. Battery died in truck two nights ago and I got locked in. Had to leave truck and come back in morning
