Friendly and efficient customer service!

Joan and her husband were above and beyond helpful! Literally at the very last minute I needed to switch to a larger unit and she accommodated that without hesitation! I called less than 5 minutes away with movers and truck following me and by the time we arrived they had unit and paperwork ready to go! So impressive! Very professional and so curteous!

Had to rent another unit short term and they went out of their way to make it happen and refunded partof the rent.

The only negative was getting the rent on auto-pay but they call before it's too late. good people.

Great owners. Very helpful.

I've never rented a storage facility before, but the owners were wonderful, very helpful, and explained all of the small print to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. I appreciated that very much.

Perfect size and location for what we needed. Gentleman at desk was pleasant and efficient.

I would definitely recommend this facility to friends that need storage space. Great value and they don't require insurance which keeps the cost down.

Great Service Clean Facility

I was greeted quickly and with courtesy. The paperwork was easily completed. The price is very fair. To top it off, this facility provides a portable bathroom. I have rented storage units for many years. This is a first for me. This makes a difference when sorting through things for a lengthy period. All in all I was very pleased, I have already recommended this facility to my co-worker.

The facility had all the amenities that we were looking for was a garage to keep a vehicle; however, the process to get the vehicle stored was kind of a nightmare.

Quick and efficiant onsite team

The onsite team had me in and out in 15 to 20 minutes, storage unit was clean and it was a easy 1,2,3 and the paperwork was signed, unit was locked and I left feeling that my stuff would be secure.

Very Good Facility

I recently moved from a home to an apartment and needed a storage unti. I found American Mini to be very fairly priced. An additional plus was the lovely lady that signed me up. Nice facility, well kept and wonderful customer service.

only problem was that he didnt have correct pricing so I had to show him my email reservation and then he had a hard time trying to adjust it on my contract... the whole process took a long time but he was very curtious.
